Essar Transformers (Essar Transtech Industries) was established in 2009. The company is based in Hyderabad. The Company has installed facility to manufacture oil filled power and distribution transformers upto 15 MVA, 33 kV Class and Cast Resin Dry Type Transformers upto 3 MVA, 11 kV Class. The other products include BEE Star rated transformers, Corrugated transformers, CSP transformers, Hermetically Sealed transformers, VPI Dry Type Transformers, Package Substations etc. Essar Transformers has consolidated its position in the Indian Transformer Industry as a manufacturer of wide range of transformers, which confirm to the Quality expectations of customers. An ISO 9001;2008 company today, Essar Transformers as it is popularly known, is proud to have executed a number of prestigious orders from various customers.

During the first three years of manufacturing, Essar Transformers has already developed & successfully type tested transformers for both impulse 7 short circuit at CPRI and got approved 3 star ratings from bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) for the ratings 25 kVA, 63 KVA, 100 KVA, 160 KVA & CPRI for 5 MVA rating.
